Oliver's patisserie, established in 2016, is an artisan bakery producing only the finest handmade goods Baked onsite by a team of dedicated bakers and pastry chefs, we strive to bring you the highest quality and most consistent products. We use only the finest ingredients and the best produce for our products.
At Oliver's, we ferment our lavern (Sourdough Culture) for 24 hours. Every loaf of bread is hand shaped and artfully crafted one at a time. Our dough is mixed, rested and handled slowly, then set aside to ensure the quality and flavours are met.
Our loaves are characteristically rustic and authenic. Baked early every morning. We know it's important for sourdough to have the healthiest, freshest ingredients and that's why there is no added preservatives, improver, yeast, sugar or fat.
Enjoy our mouth watering feather light pastries that are buttery on the inside and crispy on the outside. Our range includes croissants, pain au chocolat, escargots, fruit danishes, almond croissants, muffins, scrolls, donuts, and portuguese tarts.
We also have a selection of assorted biscuits, cakes and slices for those with a sweet tooth. Gluten free biscuits and cakes are also available.
